The Blue Chip Vacations website attracts thousands of unique visitors every day and has an impressive conversion rate.  This online presence is of paramount importance.  Not only is it our shop window, but the supporting pages allow customers to plan their whole holiday, from what to visit to where to eat.

Brochures

The Blue Chip Vacations brochure is mailed out to past guests and new customers every year.  In addition, we produce occasional supplements showcasing new properties so that those joining the portfolio after publication don’t have to wait a year for inclusion.

Newsletters and email offers

Our newsletter, Inspire South West, is emailed every month to subscribing customers.  This newsletter is article-driven and contains ideas on what to do in the areas where our properties are located.  In addition, we send out special offer emails highlighting our latest promotions and properties.

Direct mail

Postcards, leaflets and letters are all used to remind carefully chosen customers of the high quality property choices we offer and often include incentives, competitions and special offers.

Advertising and PR

Our dedicated PR specialist has excellent relationships with key journalists in the travel industry and national press.  We deliver timely press releases containing competitions, special offers and influential articles that generate regular press coverage in the national newspapers, such as The Times, The Guardian and The Daily Telegraph, as well as in regional and specialist publications.

South West Tourism

To ensure all visitors to the region are aware of Blue Chip Vacations, we work very closely with both South West Tourism and local tourist organisations.  We place large advertisements in the official holiday guides for each region and have properties listed on their websites.

Guest questionnaires

We email a feedback questionnaire to all our customers after their stays.  Their comments are helpful in allowing us to maintain standards as they allow us to react quickly to any identified issues.  We also add positive comments to the relevant property’s page on our website so that other customers can benefit from the reviews.
