Administration

To ensure that your role in this partnership is as effortless as possible, our holiday advisors not only take bookings and enquiries on your behalf: they also undertake considerable administration such as deposit and payment collection, bookings analysis and complaints handling.

Customer relations

Whilst it is the responsibility of owners, and their property managers where used, to ensure that guests are not disappointed by the standard of a property, we operate a 24 hour emergency telephone number so that customers are never left frustrated and unable to find help. In the event that there is a problem with a booking, we will liaise with you and the customer to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Our holiday advisors are experienced and trained in dealing with all customer issues and will represent you and your property with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
