Long lets and corporate accommodation
Many of our property owners will accept a longer term let outside of the main holiday season (May to September). Reductions on the standard holiday rental rate are negotiated on a case by case basis with the individual property owners.
This is just a small selection of properties available for longer lets. If you are interested in a break of between 21 days and 5 months then please call us on 01803 855282 with your requirements and our team will be happy to find the right property to suit you.
There are a few extra terms and conditions associated with longer term lets, such as the taking of a deposit, but these are not onerous and the bookings team can explain them over the phone.
