Horizons is a landmark building in a commanding position in the heart of Newquay.

Set back on Mount Wise, the block benefits from fantastic views and is only a short walk from a number of Newquay’s fabulous beaches and the town centre.  Furthermore, its position close to the edge of town ensures that it is easy getting in an out of Newquay for days out exploring Cornwall.

Fabulous views

The views from the majority of apartments in the block are fantastic, over the town centre and with sweeping vistas of the coast beyond.  The views from apartments at the front (apartments 3, 9, 10, 16 and 27) and left hand side of the building (apartments 6, 12, 23, 29 and 30) are the best.  The majority of the apartments have a private balcony allowing you to really make the most of the stunning scenery.

On-site facilities

The basement of the development houses an indoor swimming pool (5.6m * 3m), a small sauna and a gym.  A large decked area for the use of guests sits at the front of the building outside of the swimming pool and gym area.

There is also a roof garden for picnics (children only with adult supervision).

Allocated Parking

All apartments come with an allocated parking space, a number in the secure parking area below the apartments (height restriction at entrance is 6”6’), or in front of the building.
