Overlooking Furzeham Green, Kynance enjoys a great location whilst retaining the benefits of easy access to the town centre. The property sits adjacent to the owners house and has views down towards the sea, a BBQ and a P.C. with broadband access.

Living

  • The front-facing living room looks towards the open views and provides 2 black leather 3 seater sofas, matching pouffe and onyx coffee table.
  • The bay window features built-in seating looking out across the green.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV with built in Freeview, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games for use.
  • The owner has also provided a P.C. with unlimited broadband internet access for the use of guests.

  • The kitchen is through a squared archway on the left of the dining room, with a wide range of new modern cupboards.
  • It is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, superb electric double oven and halogen hobs with hood over, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
  • Off the conservatory are a separate w.c. and a utility room with washer, dryer, iron and board.

Dining

  • The dining room has an attractive oblong wood and stainless steel table with 6 wicker-trellis-back and stainless steel chairs.
  • A door opens into the conservatory which has a table, chairs and parasol.

Master Bedroom

  • Located on the ground floor and overlooking the front with views to the sea.
  • Features an oak-framed kingsize double bed, 2 bedside cupboards with lamps on, matching double wardrobe and a chest of drawers with vanity mirror on.
  • A wall mirror and colour TV complete the furnishings.

Bedroom Two

  • Located at the front of the property on the first floor with views across the bay.
  • Has a double bed with a bedside unit with lamp, a build-in wardrobe cupboard with hanging rail, a chest of drawers with mirror.
  • Entertainment is provided by a colour TV.

Bedroom Three

  • Located at the front of the property on the first floor with some sea views across the bay.
  • Has two single beds with bedside cabinets and lamps, cupboard with colour TV on and mirror over and built-in wardrobe with hanging rail.

Bathroom

  • The bathroom is on the ground floor and the white suite consists of a bath with electric shower over with curtain, w.c. and wash basin with a mirror, light and shaver point over and towel rail above the radiator.

Outside

  • Parking for up to 4 cars.
  • A few yards from Furzeham green.
  • A short walk into the town centre and harbour.

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.

Online with a debit/credit card. After entering your start and end dates on the calendar above and acquiring a price, click ‘book now’. Follow the prompts with your credit or debit card to book securely online. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the booking.

Upon completion you will be given a booking reference number and a member of the Blue Chip bookings team will call you to complete the booking.
