Full Property Description

Sea Breeze is a large four bedroom superbly finished house with breathtaking views across Babbacombe and Lyme Bay, a front and back garden plus plentiful parking.

The house has been finished to an excellent standard throughout with state-of-the-art contemporary furniture and appliances, including a luxury whirlpool bath, multijet showers, a steam cabinet, modern kitchen and lounge, the latter having solid Walnut flooring, and all bedrooms are fitted with solid maple furniture. A cot and high chair are provided for younger guests.

Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack with tea, coffee, biscuits and wine.

The property is only a ten minute walk from Babbacombe Downs with its Theatre and the cliff railway where you can catch a train down to Oddicombe and Babbacombe Beaches. There is also access to the South West Coast Path.

St Marychurch village with its independent specialist shops, model village and Bygones museum are also a short walk away. It is only a short drive to the harbour where you will find more specialist shops, upmarket cafés, pubs and restaurants, and boat trips to Brixham and Dartmouth.

It is a perfect base from which to explore the area or simply relax and soak up the views.
