Plus, for larger parties there is a separate apartment included with the house which is located on the ground floor and includes an extra bedroom, kitchen, living area with sofa bed and office with broadband access.

The house is in the perfect location to enjoy the cosmopolitian buzz of Torquay with it's picturesque harbour, restaurants, cafes, shops and attractions including The Living Coasts Zoo and Kents Cavern. There are also many beaches and the South West coastal path close by.
