Protea is a lovely Victorian property that enjoys views over Torquay and the sea. Set over 2 floors, there is the added benefit of the large gardens and a heated outdoor pool (24th May - Sept).
The position offers peace and tranquillity, yet is only a short walk to the sea front and Torre Abbey sands, and then an enjoyable stroll along the sea front to Torquay Marina and harbour. In the opposite direction there is a pleasant woodland walk along Cockington Valley to the thatched village and Cockington Court, which has country park status and is well worth visiting.
