Full Property Description

Bay Fort Mansions is a lovely Victorian villa, sympathetically converted into apartments to retain the beautiful original features of the property, whilst incorporating modern appliances for up to date needs. Its location, above Rock Walk and facing south, features views over Torquay and across the bay to Paignton and Brixham.

Maidencombe is a studio apartment with a balcony and superb views over Torbay.

Parking permits can be purchased entitling you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.

Please note: There is currently no access down to Rock Walk due to stabilisation work.

Living

  • Stunning views across the bay.
  • Living room/bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable double bed settee upholstered in cream.
  • Double wardrobe with matching sets of drawers.
  • Entertainment is provided by a wall mounted 26” Phillips flatscreen TV with freeview.
  • A door leads on to the outside balcony.

Kitchen

  • 4 ring electric hob with hood over, oven with grill, microwave and fridge. A kettle and toaster is also provided.

Dining

  • A breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Sleeping

  • Living room/bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed settee upholstered in cream.
  • Double wardrobe with matching sets of drawers.

Bathroom

  • A compact shower room with electric shower, w.c., wash basin, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Outside

  • Balcony, furnished with a table and chairs.
  • The use of communal gardens.
  • Access is through the main entrance, with an entry phone in the hall.
  • On street parking available.
