Bay Fort Mansions is a lovely Victorian villa sympathetically converted into holiday accommodation overlooking Torquay marina, Torre Sands and the sea.

Cockington apartment benefits from this south facing location with panoramic views over Torquay and across the bay to Paignton and Brixham.

Parking permits can be purchased entitling you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.

Please note: There is currently no access down to Rock Walk due to stabilisation work.

Living

  • A light and airy living area.
  • Furnished to a classic style.
  • 2x double sofabeds and an armchair.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV with satellite.

Kitchen

  • Well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and grill, 4 ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster.

Dining

  • Dining table with four chairs situated in the bay window.

Sleeping

  • Features a double bed with a pink brocade headboard.
  • 4 door white wardrobe and matching bedside drawers with pink shaded brass lamps.

Bathroom

  • Includes a bath with electric shower over and shower screen, w.c. and wash basin with mirror, bidet, light and shaver point over, as well as 2 door wall cupboard and heated towel rail.

  • Accessed through the main entrance, with an entry phone in the hall.
  • There are 5 steps down inside the apartment upon entering the door.
