Carmel is a detached house in a quiet position close to the historic Hesketh Crescent in Torquay. This desirable location is excellent for the Blue Flag Meadfoot Beach, being only a couple of hundred yards away. St. Marks Road offers a peaceful setting for all guests despite its proximity to the beach.

The property also enjoys a leafy outlook to the rear views down towards the beach and Hesketh Crescent.  The town centre and harbour are a 5 minute drive away, while there is also a cliffside path leading around the headland to the harbour enjoying sweeping sea views.

Living

  • Reverse level house with the living quarters upstairs from where entrance is gained.

  • A 3 piece sofa with 2 wicker chairs and a collection of occasional furniture.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player and hi-fi.
  • 2 double patio doors lead off to sun room running down the side of the living room.
