Lisburne Place is a group of three-storey town houses in the popular area of Wellswood, just five minutes walk from Torquay Harbour with its shops, cafés and restaurants and Living Coasts attraction, and another five minutes from Ilsham Road, which is renowned for its independent shops including a specialist delicatessen and a patisserie.

Kent’s Cavern, whose caves were said to house Ancient Britons as far back as 700,000 years ago, and Meadfoot beach are close by, as are Redgate Beach and Babbacombe Beach with its cliff railway. Up above are the beautiful Babbacombe Downs with their panoramic views and the Babbacombe Theatre.
