Riverside Apartment is at the end of a row of terraced houses in Bitton Avenue, a two-minute walk from historic West Teignmouth, with its docks, riverside pubs, shopping precinct and period houses, and no more than five minutes from the centre of Teignmouth itself.

The apartment has its own entrance with off-street parking and a patio, which catches the sun all day long and has partial river views towards Shaldon. A patio table, chairs and a sun lounger are perfect for al fresco dining or sitting and having a quiet read while enjoying the sun.
