Teignmouth is a charming town packed with seaside charm and with a quaint, unspoilt feel and bags of local character. Perfect for a stroll along the Victorian pier or for a lazy day spent relaxing on the long stretches of golden sand, the town is also packed with interesting days out and some charming coastal and country walks.

With some great restaurants and pubs, a host of family-friendly attractions including a small zoo in nearby Shaldon and the fascinating Teignmouth Museum, there is plenty to see and do during your stay. With two great beaches in the town and the charming Shaldon beach nearby, a day on the sand is a must during your stay. July’s Teignmouth Carnival and the Jazz Festival in November area also well worth a look.

Shoreside is a new development on the banks of the River Teign in Shaldon, one of Devon’s most scenic villages. These properties have been built to a high specification so as to blend in with the local architecture. The riverside location makes this a superb place to enjoy a holiday.

  • A spacious and airy living area stretching the entire length of the house.
  • Decorated to a very high standard.
  • 1x three seater sofa, 1x two seater sofa, 1x armchair.
  • Marble fireplace.
  • 32" HD TV with Free Sat.
  • DVD/Video player and CD/Radio player.
  • A variety of books and board games for guests to use.

Kitchen

  • The well appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, double oven with gas hob and hood over, chrome kettle and toaster, and a cafetiere.
  • A door leads to the utility room where there is a washer/dryer and stainless steel sink, with a door giving access to the rear patio.
  • Includes a light wood table with 6 chairs.
  • A high chair is provided for younger guests.

Sleeping

Bedroom one with en-suite

  • A spacious bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table and 3 sliding door mirrored wardrobes.
  • En-suite shower room.

Bedroom two

  • Decorated for children, this room has bunk beds, a play table (complete with wooden toy railway) and a 5-drawer chest.

Bedroom three

  • Contains twin beds with bedside units, a wardrobe with matching dressing table and stool.

Bathroom

  • Main bathroom comprises a wash basin, w.c., bath with shower over, as well as a mirror, glass shelves, chrome heated towel rail and shaver point.
  • En-suite to bedroom one comprises a shower, w.c., wash basin, chrome heated towel rail and accessories, and a shaver point.

Outside

  • At the front of the property there is a small garden.
  • The rear of the property has a patio area with a table and 2 chairs and parking for 1 vehicle.
