Manor Farm Cottage is a beautiful 500 year old cottage, surrounded by pretty English Country Gardens. The cottage has been lovingly restored using only the finest materials to ensure the character of the property is retained. Features of interest include a wooden spiral staircase, slate floors, beamed ceilings, oak kitchen worktops and a wood burning stove.
Located on west side of Dartmoor National Park, there are plenty of hills and tors to explore making the area popular with ramblers and artists.
The lively market town of Tavistock, with its shops, restaurants and bars is within a four mile drive of the cottage. The town has plenty going on all year round including a pannier market where the theme changes each Saturday, farmers markets (voted best in the West), and the famous Tavistock Goosey fair which is always held on the 2nd Wednesday of October and the fun fair remains in the town for the whole week.
