Booking notes
- A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
- Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
- Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
- A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
- All properties are non-smoking.
- Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
- Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
- There is no booking charge for debit cards.

Upon completion you will be given a booking reference number and a member of the Blue Chip bookings team will call you to complete the booking.

Nestled peacefully on the western most tip of Cornwall is the beautiful town of St Ives, a haven for visitors and locals alike, it is the perfect setting for exploring this magnificent coastline.
Covering over 50 miles the west coast boasts some of the best beaches in Europe - many of them award winning Blue Flag beaches. The silky golden sands and clear blue waters are perfect for family days out or romantic picnics. For the more energetic there are plenty of water sports to try including surfing, body boarding, wind surfing and kite surfing. Away from the beach there is the obvious draw of the coastal path plus horse riding and cycling.Eating out in St Ives
Being a working fishing port you will be spoilt for choice when it come to deciding where to eat with many of the restaurants, cafes and bars serve the local catch. Meandering round the pretty cobbled streets you will find a large selection of high street shops as well as independent craft shops, galleries including the Tate St Ives and boutiques; it really is an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.
St Ives Beaches
St Ives is surrounded by beaches all offering golden sands, safe bathing and watersports. They are joined together via the coastal path which makes for a glorious scenic walk.
Porthmeor -
Overlooked by the Tate Gallery it is a favourite with families, surfers and bodyboarders.
Porthgwidden -
It is the smallest beach of the town and its fine golden sand makes it a firm favourite with families.
Town Beach -
Sheltered Smeaton's Pier Town beach has beautiful golden sand although it can become quite busy in the summer due to its close proximity to the town. Parking for this beach is in the town centre.
Porthminster -
A sheltered beach with a large expanse of fine golden sand that slopes gently into the sea.
Carbis Bay -
One of the most beautiful bay's in the world the golden sands and turquoise sea will take your breath away.
All the above beaches have parking, toilets, easy access, beachside cafes and some are life guarded during the summer months.Places of interest you may want to visit include:
