The superb sitting room offers a graceful, Victorian fireplace with stunning, marble surround. The modern kitchen leads through patio doors onto the courtyard garden with patio furniture and BBQ.

Just a 5 minute stroll from the property is the passenger ferry to Cremyll and Mount Edgcumbe which makes for a superb day out at Mount Edgcumbe House, a super local pub and breathtaking scenery. Also nearby is the Royal William Yard with superb views to Cremyll. It is also a short walk to Stonehouse Point with views to sea, parks and the Artillery Towers restaurant.

The Barbican is a 15 minute walk away with its winding streets, restaurants, pubs and art galleries is within a short stroll, while a little further, the renowned National Marine Aquarium provides a great day out. Drake's Circus Mall offers an array of shops to satisfy every shopper's needs, whilst water sports enthusiasts are well catered for at the Mountbatten Centre.

This property is ideally situated and driving into the city centre is not necessary as there is a hoppa bus every 15 minutes to the city centre.
