Sunhill is a collection of luxury apartments on Goodrington Sands, one of Torbay’s Blue Flag beaches. This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment is also close to Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

No. 6 has been decorated to a high standard in contemporary, neutral colours with it's own patio and private entrance. Access is down two flights of stairs.

  • Entertainment is provided TV with Digital Freeview.

  • The luxury kitchen is fitted with beech-effect units with matching tiling and marble effect worktops.
  • The kitchen features an electric oven which has a separate grill and an electric hob, fridge, separate freezer, integrated washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafétière.

Dining

  • The dining area is furnished with a contemporary wooden table with six padded chairs, providing ample seating for a large family.

Sleeping

Master Bedroom

  • The master bedroom has been decorated in a relaxing neutral style and has a double bed, pine double wardrobe, two chests of drawers and two bedside chests with beige suedette reading lamps. A full-length mirror hangs on the wall.
  • Shared bathroom with Bedroom Two.

Bedroom Two

  • Very similar to the master bedroom the second bedroom also has a double bed, pine double wardrobe, two chests of drawers and two bedside chests. Again there is a full-length mirror.  

Bedroom Three

  • Has a skylight, single bed, single pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside chest with a white table lamp.

Bedroom Four

  • Has a single bed, pine chest of drawers, bedside chest with suedette reading lamp.

    Main Bathroom

    • The white suite comprises WC, wash basin, bath with shower mixer taps and shower screen. It is fully tiled above the bath with lino flooring.
    • A mirror and light with shaver point are above the basin.

    Bathroom Two

    • Features a white suite comprising WC, wash basin and fully-tiled double shower cubicle. There is a light and shaver point above the basin.

    Outside

    • A designated parking space (under archway, limited headroom), with extra free on-street parking if needbe.
    • Located at the side of the block and down a short flight of stairs.
    • Private sun patio with outdoor seating.
    • Walk through the car park onto the beach.

    Paignton

    Beach lovers are well catered for with 4 long stretches of sandy beach at Preston Sands, Paignton Beach, Goodrington Beach and Broadsands Beach, each offering safe bathing with care and many on-site facilities.

    Paignton has much to offer for the younger guest as well as the beaches, as well as the young at heart. The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities.

    The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs.

    Booking notes

    • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
    • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
    • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
    • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
    • All properties are non-smoking.
    • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
    • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
    • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

    Booking online

    You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.

    Online with a debit/credit card. After entering your start and end dates on the calendar above and acquiring a price, click ‘book now’. Follow the prompts with your credit or debit card to book securely online. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the booking.

Upon completion you will be given a booking reference number and a member of the Blue Chip bookings team will call you to complete the booking.
