Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.

The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

Carlton Manor is a Victorian villa converted into luxury apartments on Roundham Head in Paignton, looking towards Goodrington Sands. Set back on a quiet road, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location in Torbay.

No. 5 is a first floor apartment sleeping 4.

Goodrington beach and its attractions are a 5 minute walk, while Paignton harbour, beach and town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, are a 5 to 10 minute walk.

  • Spacious room overlooks the front gardens and is furnished with a king-size bed, contemporary wooden double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside chests with chrome reading lamps.

  • Overlooking the side shrubbery, this room has two single beds, a chest of drawers and a bedside chest with table lamp.

  • White suite comprises W.C., bath with shower mixer taps, wash basin and separate corner shower cubicle with electric shower.
  • There is a mirror and light and shaver point over the wash basin, with a shelf for toiletries. It is fully tiled with two-tone floor tiles.

  • Fully tiled en-suite has a white W.C., scallop wash basin and corner shower cubicle. There is a mirror and light and shaver point over the wash basin.
