Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.

The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

Esplanade Court is a two storey block of holiday apartments built in a U shape around a landscaped garden with a heated swimming pool for the use of residents only. Set on a private road just off the main Esplanade, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location.  Paignton Green and beach are literally 2 minutes away, as is the town centre.
No. 2 is a ground floor apartment sleeping 3/5, with an allocated parking space to the rear.

Living

  • The living area has a three seater sofa, 2 chairs and occasional furniture.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player and CD player.

Kitchen

  • The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, full electric cooker with 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

  • The bedroom has a double bed, single bed, a built-in wardrobe, matching bedroom furniture and 2 chairs.
