Sunhill is a collection of luxury apartments overlooking Goodrington Sands, one of Torbay’s Blue Flag beaches. This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment also overlooks Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

Number 11 is situated on the lower ground floor and can be accessed by it's own separate entrance up 6 steps onto the large balcony and through patio doors. Alternatively, access can be gained through a communal entrance hall and a lift or stairs (12 steps) down to the lower ground floor. There is one step within the apartment in the hall.

A particular feature of the apartment is the large balcony at the front of the property. Taking in the beautiful sea views, it is an ideal location to make the most of your stay. There is a table with 6 chairs and a parasol, as well as 2 sun loungers and 2 sun chairs.

  • Complete range of integrated appliances including a double electric oven with grill, electric hob with hood over, built-in fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, kettle and toaster.
  • There is also a glass breakfast table with seating for 4 people and a mini-bar with stool and 8 optic drink stand.
  • There is a utility room off the kitchen where the washer/dryer can be found.

Dining

  • The open plan living/dining area has a glass and metal frame dining table with 6 matching padded chairs.

Master Bedroom

  • The main bedroom has patio doors out to the balcony and sweeping sea views.
  • Features a double bed and matching bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe and 4 drawer unit.

Bedroom Two

  • Furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed.

Bathroom

  • The fully tiled bathroom has a white suite, consisting of a corner bath with shower over and screen, w.c. and wash basin with bathroom unit, mirror, light and shaver point over, and a towel rail.

Outside

  • Number 11 is situated on the lower ground floor.
  • The separate entrance is gained by going up 6 steps onto the large balcony or alternatively, access can be gained through a communal entrance hall and a lift or stairs (12 steps) down to the lower ground floor.
  • A large balcony area is at the front of the property allowing far reaching sea views.
  • Outdoor furniture allows relaxing and dining alfresco.
  • There is a designated parking space (under archway, limited headroom) and plenty of off-street parking for other vehicles.

Paignton 

With sweeping sandy beaches and a multitude of attractions on your doorstep, Paignton offers something for everybody.

Beach lovers are well catered for with 4 long stretches of sandy beach at Preston Sands, Paignton Beach, Goodrington Beach and Broadsands Beach, each offering safe bathing with care and many on-site facilities.

Paignton has much to offer for the younger guest as well as the beaches, as well as the young at heart. The award winning Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway are all based locally, while Paignton Pier and Youngs Park offer a variety of fun activities.

The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove. Whatever your holiday preferences, Paignton will meet and exceed your needs.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.
