Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.

The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

10 Marine Court is a stylish top (2nd) floor apartment in a purpose built block less than a minutes walk from Preston sands beach and the green. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday with safe bathing, beachside cafes and amenities all close by. Local shops are a 5 minute walk away while you can walk into the livelier town of Paignton in just 10 minutes.

Paignton is one of the most popular destinations for families in the English Riviera and has a host of attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, cinema and beautiful golden sands that will keep the whole family fulfilled! Goodrington Sands with the Seashore Centre and Quaywest water fun park are a short drive away.

The apartment has use of communal gardens where you can sit out and relax in the sun.

Living

  • Spacious and light living area.
  • Furnished with two 2 seater brown leather sofas, coffee table and bookcase.
  • 26" LCD TV with Freeview and Sony entertainment system with DVD, CD, radio and surround sound.

Kitchen

  • Modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including an electric oven with separate grill, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
  • Utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.
  • Iron and ironing board are provided.

Dining

  • Wooden table with 4 matching chairs.
  • A high chair can be supplied for young guests (for a small fee).

Sleeping

Bedroom one

  • Large room with views over the rear gardens and sea peeps.
  • Furnished with a double bed, 2x bedside tables both with lamps, fitted wardrobe, 7 drawer chest, large mirror, Sony flatscreen TV with DVD player and leather easy chair.
  • Access to the bathroom.

Bedroom two

  • View over Paignton hills (via Velux windows).
  • Furnished with twin beds (zip & link beds that can be arranged as a king-size on request), 2x bedside tables both with lamps, 7 drawer chest, large mirror and double wardrobe.
  • A cot can be provided for young guests (for a small fee).

Bathroom

  • Main bathroom can be accessed from two doors - one door from bedroom one and one door from the hall.
  • It comprises bath with shower over and shower screen, wash basin, w.c., mirror, heated towel rail and shaver point.
