Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.

The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

Full Property Description

1 Marine Court is a comfortable ground floor apartment in a purpose built block less than a minutes walk from Preston sands beach and the green. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday with safe bathing, beachside cafes and amenities all close by. Local shops are a 5 minute walk away while you can walk into the livelier town of Paignton in just 10 minutes.

Paignton is one of the most popular destinations for families in the English Riviera and has a host of attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars and beautiful golden sands that will keep the whole family fulfilled!

This property has a Friday to Friday changeover.
This property does not take children under the age of two.

Living

  • Open plan living area with double doors leading out onto the patio and communal gardens.
  • The room is furnished in neutral tones with a beige three seater leather sofa, a matching armchair and a contemporary style coffee table.
  • Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with Freeview and integral DVD player, hi-fi with radio, cassette and CD player plus a selection of board games, CDs, DVDs and books.
