Full Property Description

Ocean 1 is one of the best addresses in Newquay, perched on the desirable Pentire headland and close to the world famous Fistral Beach. No 34 is a top floor end apartment with a balcony and views over to Fistral beach. This apartment has one of the finest views in Ocean 1.

There is a secure garage large enough for surfboards, beach paraphernalia, a drying rack for your wetsuits and your car! There is a second designated parking space outside the garage.

Living

  • Open plan living/dining/kitchen with patio doors leading out onto the balcony.
  • Furnished with 2 two seater sofas (both of which are sofa beds for occasional use) and a chair.
  • Window seat with stunning views of the beach and out to sea.
  • Integrated home entertainment system designed and installed by Intelligent Abodes comprising a 37" wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and an I-pod/mp3 docking station with DAB radio and CD player.
  • Wireless internet access is available for guests who bring their own laptop.

Kitchen

  • Modern kitchen with cream units and integrated appliances including an electric oven, grill and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
  • The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to cook as much or as little as you want.
  • Full utensils and accessories including a kettle, toaster, water filter and cafetiere.
  • Separate dining area with marble dining table and seating for 6.

Bedroom one with en-suite

  • This room can be a twin with both beds at full height or one at floor level suitable for toddlers.
  • Alternatively the second bed can be stored away providing plenty of room for a travel cot or crib.

  • Main bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, wash basin and mirror with shaver point, w.c. and heated towel rail.
