- Spacious living area with patio doors lead to the balcony with far reaching views over the spectacular coast.
- A well designed open-plan living area with solid oak furniture throughout.
- The room has been furnished with 2x three seater sofas, an armchair, occasional furniture, and modern artwork.
- Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with DVD and CD player.
- A selection of books, DVDs, CDs books, games and jigsaws for adults and children are provided for guests to borrow.
Kitchen
- Sea views can be enjoyed from the kitchen.
- The stylish designer kitchen has integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a built-in stainless steel electric oven/hob with extractor fan.
- Also included within the property is a washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, radio, a full set of utensils and a selection of recipe books.

- Situated within the open plan living/dining area. There is a stylish solid oak table and chairs which seats 6-8 for dining.
