Full Property Description

Horizons features a superb location overlooking Newquay and the coast beyond, offering great views over the Cornish coastline yet is just a short walk into the centre and some of the finest beaches in the area. Horizons is a perfect location for exploring Newquay and North Cornwall.

No. 19 is a third floor apartment with a balcony and views over Newquay. On-site there is a gym, sauna and heated indoor pool (5.6m x 3m).

Newquay offers sights and attractions to entertain everyone – from stunning coastal walks and the finest golf courses to the Extreme Sports Academy and surfing at the many world famous beaches. The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the National Maritime Museum are also close by. There is a choice of great restaurants including the Jamie Oliver inspired Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay and Rick Stein’s restaurants in Padstow.

  • Situated in the open plan living/dining area. There is a stylish table with matching chairs. The well planned living area also benefits from bar stools within the kitchen which are great for entertaining.

  • The master bedroom is designed to a high standard.
  • It features a double bed, artwork, bedside tables and lighting plus ample storage provided by a large double wardrobe which features a full length mirror.

  • Storage is provided by a large double wardrobe featuring full length mirrors and a drawer unit.

  • The main family bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and has a white suite with power shower, w.c., wash basin, shelves for storage, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

  • Has a contemporary feel with a shower cubicle, w.c., wash basin, mirror cabinet with lighting, shelves for storage, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

Outside

  • Balcony with views over the town to the coast.
  • Added benefit of excellent on-site facilities which include gym, sauna/steam room and indoor swimming pool (3m x 5.6m).
  • No. 19 Horizons is located on the third floor and can be accessed via a lift.
  • Telephone entry system.
  • Parking is strictly limited to one car in the allocated space (height restriction 6ft 6). Alternative parking is available in local car parks, charges would apply.
