Full Property Description

The Vista is situated just outside the centre of Newquay on the desirable Pentire peninsula. Guests can enjoy the close proximity of the stunning views from the coastal paths of Newquay. To the rear of the property is the Gannel Estuary, which is superb place for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse riding.

Number 15 is an end mews house which has been designed to the highest specification throughout and has a light and airy feel.

Newquay is a bustling harbour town, well known for its surfing beaches, shopping centre and exceptional golf course. Watergate Bay is close by, home to the Extreme Sports Academy and Jamie Oliver inspired Fifteen restaurant, whilst the fishing village of Padstow and Cornwall’s best attractions such as the Eden Project, the National Maritime Museum and the Scilly Isles are all within easy reach.

Living

  • Stairs lead up into the open-plan living area.
  • Solid wood flooring and high ceilings.
  • Stunning rural views across the countryside.
  • Three seater leather sofabed, reclining leather sofa, footstool, leather cube and a coffee table.
  • Entertainment is provided by a 37" Samsung flatscreen TV with Sky Satellite, DVD player and a Nintendo Wii complete with Wii Sports.
  • There is also a selection of books and DVD's for guests use.
  • Child gates are available for the top and bottom of the stairs for safety.

Kitchen

  • The kitchen is modern and designed to a high standard.
  • Handmade Rozen units and granite worktops.
  • Fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, built-in oven with 5 burner gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
  • There is a utility cupboard downstairs with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

  • There is a dining table and six chairs.

Sleeping

Bedroom one with en-suite

  • Patio doors allow natural light into the room and lead onto the decked patio area.
  • Double bed, chest of 4 drawers, double wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets.
  • Entertainment is provided by a wall mounted 32" flatscreen Sharp TV with built-in Freeview and DVD player.
  • En-suite comprises a bath with shower, bidet, w.c., heated towel rail and wash basin with a mirror and light.

Bedroom two

  • Furnished with bunk beds and a wardrobe with 2 drawers.
  • There is an additional pull out bed underneath the bunk which can accommodate an extra guest.
  • Entertainment is provided by a wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD player.
  • Additional sleeping is in the open plan living area which features a double sofa bed for 2 further guests.

Bathroom

  • Fully tiled and featuring a shower cubicle with a mixer shower, w.c. and wash basin with a mirror and light.
  • En-suite to bedroom one comprises a bath with shower, bidet, w.c., heated towel rail and wash basin with a mirror and light.

Outside

  • An end mews house laid out over two floors with views from the living room across the surrounding countryside.
  • Close to the Gannel Estuary and Crantock beach.
  • Fully enclosed decked garden providing a safe environment for children and dogs.
  • Barbecue and garden furniture including a large table and eight chairs for outdoor dining.
