Ferrymans is a small development of just 12 houses built to a traditional design and specification in local Hamstone and render with natural stone quoins and reconstructed stone sills. The properties are located at Hillhead, between Brixham and Dartmouth. They are 2 miles from Brixham, 5 miles from Paignton and 3 miles from Dartmouth via the ferry. The location provides rural views to the front down the Dart Valley and some sea views to the rear. There is good local walking on the South West Coastal Path.

Please note that a maximum of 2 cars can be accommodated within the development and that one car must be parked in the property's garage.
