A vital historical port with a past littered with famous names, from Daphne Du Maurier to Sir Francis Drake, exploring the history of the town is fascinating. A great base for exploring South Cornwall, Fowey boasts excellent transport links, making trips to the Eden Project, China Clay Country Park and the nearby towns of St. Austell, Lostwithiel, Looe and Par effortless.

Full Property Description

A 3 bedroom ground floor apartment located just a 15 minute walk away from the beach and the centre of Fowey with its many fabulous restaurants. The apartment is located in a Georgian Country house with its own private courtyard garden and barbecue area, plus communal landscaped gardens and a covered heated pool.

Wifi is available for guests who bring their own laptop.

It is situated in a beautiful location in Cornwall and close to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and popular coastal towns such as Carlyon Bay, Charlestown and Mevagissey, making it the perfect holiday home to explore Cornwall.

Fowey holds many events throughout the year including the popular Fowey Royal Regatta and the Daphne du Maurier literary festival.

The dramatic views of the South Cornwall coast and countryside can be enjoyed from the many National Trust coastal walks that are close by.

A travel cot and high chair seat attachment can be provided free of charge for younger guests, please call the bookings team on 0844 561 2001 to request these items.

  • En-suite to bedroom one is of a neutral finish comprising a bath with shower over, his and hers wash basins, w.c. and under floor heating.
  • Family bathroom comprises a shower, wash basin, w.c. and underfloor heating.

Outside

  • Private courtyard garden with furniture.
  • Communal award winning landscaped grounds.
  • Covered heated swimming pool. Although the pool is covered it has a retractable roof and sides allowing it to become an outdoor pool in the hot weather.
