Contour Cottage is a newly refurbished three bedroom cottage benefiting from a rear garden and decked terrace with views over the River Dart and the Royal Naval College. The cottage has been beautifully updated combining the character of the property with modern luxuries.

The property is within easy access of Kingswear village centre where you will find a general store, a few pubs and eateries and excellent bus links that will take you into Torbay and beyond.  It is just a few minutes walk to the passenger and car ferries over to Dartmouth and the beautiful South Hams

There is some on street parking available however this is restricted so it is advisable to park in The Darthaven Marina car park.

Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Deliveries are available Mon – Sat 7am – 6pm, unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
