Full Property Description

Number 3 The Pines is a three bedroom apartment off the main road in a peaceful location and a 10 minute walk from the ferry and shops. The property boasts amazing views stretching from Dartmouth across the River Dart and around to the countryside; all of which can be enjoyed from the balcony from the living area and master bedroom.

There is on-street parking along Higher Contour Road.

  • Patio doors allow the living area to be light and airy.
  • Seating is provided on the balcony to help enjoy the splendid views.
  • 2x two seater leather sofas with matching foot stools.
  • For entertainment there is a superb digital TV with DVD and a great sounding radio/cd/ipod music system.

  • Fully fitted with an electric double oven with halogen hob, fridge, microwave and a washer/dryer.

Dining

  • The dining table is situated in the window providing stunning views across the valley and towards Dartmouth.
  • There are 6 matching upholstered chairs.

  • A recently-converted attic room with large apex windows offering breathtaking views.
  • Furnished with a king size bed, two matching bedside tables, side lights and a tub chair.
  • The en suite comprise of a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, mirror and wc.

  • A spacious room with patio doors leading onto the balcony area.
  • There is a king-sized bed (two single beds joined) and a large wardrobe.

  • 2x single beds and a pull out bed if required.

  • The high quality bathroom features a large shower cubicle, w.c., wash basin and heated towel rail, and is fully tiled.
  • The en suite to bedroom one comprise of a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, mirror and wc.

Outside

  • Set in a peaceful location, a ten minute walk into the village centre.
  • Stunning views from the balcony.
  • Steps lead up to the apartment entrance.
  • On-street parking is available.

Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Deliveries are available Mon – Sat 7am – 6pm; unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
