27 Dart Marina is an exceptional 3 storey house boasting the ultimate in style, quality and location. This luxurious waterfront property sits directly on the River Dart and affords breathtaking views stretching up and down the river and to the hills beyond. All rooms are finished to a very high standard with solid oak floorboards and doors and 100% wool carpets in the bedrooms.
This 3 bedroom house was originally the show home for this elegant waterside development, being one of the most spacious properties and has many extra features including professional interior design scheme, plasma TV’s, in-house entertainment system, and full use of spa facilities.
Dart Marina is an exclusive development and benefits from on-site facilities including a luxury health spa with heated indoor pool, steam room, spa bath, fitness suite and treatment rooms, where exclusive House of Elemis products are used. Guests at no. 27 are provided with 6 passes to use the Spa with 10% off Elemis beauty treatments. The development also has two high quality restaurants where you can sample the best local produce.
Dartmouth is just a short walk along the river and has a wide selection of fine restaurants, bars, cafe's, galleries and shops.

- A bright and airy room furnished with a double, a bedside table with lamp, fitted double wardrobe incorporating drawers, a wicker chair and a 17"plasma TV.
Bedroom three
- Situated on the top floor, this is an attic room with sloping eaves and stunning views across the River Dart.
- Furnished with twin beds, bedside table with lamp and a hanging rail.
- Please note: From October 2010 this will become a single bedroom.
