1 The Pottery is a truly special apartment and has recently been awarded the prestigious ‘four star gold’ award by Visit Britain. The development has its own boat storage and nearby launch point into the River Dart - perfect for taking the family dinghy out for the day! Boats can easily be launched from the slipway and the creek is ideal for sailing and swimming.

Occupying part of a recently refurbished old warehouse, the property has been beautifully renovated to the highest standard with much attention to detail. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this secluded area of Dartmouth, which is only a 5 minute walk from Dartmouth Castle and the South West Coast Path. The town centre, with its many restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques and galleries, is a pleasant 10 minute walk away, providing you with the best of both worlds – a great location for a relaxing quality holiday.

  • A spacious living room is located on the first floor.
  • Solid wood flooring throughout.
  • Original features such as the iron support column.
  • Large six seater corner sofa.
  • Occasional furniture in solid oak.
