Western Villa is a cosy apartment set over two floors occupying a prominent position overlooking Brixham Marina and out to sea. The property is just two minutes away from the marina with the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach just a 5 minute walk away. The town and harbour are easily accessible and are a pleasant 10 minute stroll round the marina.

The property benefits from a rear courtyard area with table and chairs plus parking for two cars at rear (accessed by steep steps).

Just a 10 minute walk away is 'Shoalstone', an open air sea water pool open during the summer months and watched over by lifeguards.

Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve offers a lovely walk along the coast and is a fantastic place to view the wildlife that surrounds the area.

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.
