Tivoli is a 3 bedroom, Victorian bay fronted house set on the hillside above Brixham harbour and benefits from views across the inner harbour and out to sea from the front bedroom. The property retains much character, including original fireplaces, panel doors, some stripped timber floor boards, and has been comfortably furnished.

The town centre and harbour are just a few minutes walk away. There are some wonderful walks with super bay views nearby at Battery Gardens and Fishcombe Cove. There are some unrestricted parking spaces near the property in Prospect Road.

The house is approached by a flight of steps (shared with no. 14) to a front terraced area.
