Full Property Description

The Old Boat House is a two bedroom house directly on Brixham harbour. Converted from a boat builder’s yard, it is often featured in tourist photographs of Brixham harbour. Positioned in the corner of the harbour, you can relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the harbour from any of the three balconies. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with neutral décor, solid wood floors throughout and contemporary lighting.

Parking permits can be purchased entitling you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.

Living

Located on the first floor, the living/dining/kitchen area is open-plan which gives a spacious feel.
From the living area, patio doors lead to the balcony.
Decorated to a high standard.
A three seater sofa and an armchair.
Entertainment is provided by a 32" Plasma flatscreen TV with Digital Freeview and DVD player.
Free secure wireless internet access is available for guests who bring their own laptop.

Kitchen

A modern and contemporary kitchen which has been designed with glass-fronted steel units and marble effect worktops.
Fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven with gas hobs.
There is a small utility cupboard located in the hallway which has the washing machine.
