A two bedroom end of terrace house situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of Brixham with parking for 1 car on a private driveway.  It is just ten minutes walk away from Battery Gardens, a very pretty park with gardens which lead you through a wood to Fishcombe Cove and the coastal path. The town centre and Harbour are only a fifteen minute walk away.

The main feature of the property are the French windows in the sitting room, which open onto a large decked sun terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sun and alfresco dining.

Brixham is fast becoming one of the South West’s upmarket resorts, and has embraced café society to the full. Just walk along the harbour and see all the people sitting outside dining while watching the boats on the water. Early risers will be able to watch the trawlers land in the mornings, sea cruises round Torbay and Dartmouth are also popular, as is taking a walk across the cliffs at Berry Head or hunting for fossils at St Mary’s Bay – the list of activities is endless!

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.

Upon completion you will be given a booking reference number and a member of the Blue Chip bookings team will call you to complete the booking.
