A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.
Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

Full Property Description
Seaway, a double fronted powder blue fisherman’s cottage dating from the 1830’s can be found on a row of colourful cottages near Brixham’s inner harbour. Boasting 3 separate outdoor terraces, Seaway also enjoys a view down to the harbour from the higher terrace.
Parking permits can be purchased entitling you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.
Living
- A spacious and open plan living area located on the ground floor.
- 2x two seater leather sofas.
- Large windows allowing light into the area.
- Entertainment is provided by a TV with Digital Freeview and DVD player. There is also a CD/radio player.
Kitchen
- A large and spacious cooking area with views over the terraces.
- Fully fitted featuring a washer/dryer, two separate fridge/freezers, microwave and electric double oven with gas hobs.
- Additional breakfast bar with seating.
- A door leads to the terraces at the rear of the property
- A High Chair is provided for younger guests
Dining
- Located at the rear of the living room with a table and seating for up to eight people.
Sleeping
Master Bedroom
- Located on the first floor at the front of the property enjoying harbour views.
- Spacious and light with a double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table and chair.
Bedroom Two
- Enjoys views over the harbour.
- This bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
- Entertainment is provided by a TV with Digital Freeview.
Bedroom Three
- Views are over the lower and upper terraces.
- Located at the rear of the house with bunk beds, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Entertainment is provided by a TV, video and Play Station.
A Travel Cot is provided for younger guests
Bathroom
- Furnished recently to a high standard and located on the first floor. It features a double walk in shower, w.c., wash basin, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
Outside
- Ten steps up lead you to the entrance of the cottage.
- Outside areas featuring decking and sun terraces.
- Outdoor sofa and 2 outdoor armchairs, table with eight chairs and sun loungers.
- Breath taking sea views from the outside areas.
- Limited on-street parking is available, and a council car park is a short walk away. Permits can be purchased.
