Pilot's Perch is a traditional cottage that sits directly overlooking Brixham fishing port and outer harbour. The position gives visitors an excellent viewpoint to watch the commercial and pleasure craft come and go - a real boat lovers paradise!
The cottage has been well finished and beautifully decorated and is ideally located for the centre of Brixham, as the inner harbour is less than 100 metres away, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, pubs and the local attractions. In the other direction, enjoy a waterfront walk along to the Battery gardens, a scenic viewpoint with far-reaching views.
