A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.
Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can enjoy the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

Halycon is a recently renovated 3 bedroom house offering unrestricted views of the beautiful Torbay coastline and beyond. From its elevated position on Heath Rise, the property provides a degree of peace and tranquillity within walking distance of Brixham town centre and harbour along with the natural delights of Berry Head Country Park.
From the spacious first floor living room you are treated to stunning panoramic views across the Bay to Torquay. The adjoining balcony provides the perfect setting to dine al-fresco against a backdrop of wonderful natural scenery. Even the fully equipped kitchen boasts far reaching sea views.
The property has laminated floors throughout with rugs and mats. There is an open staircase which may not be suitable for young toddlers
There is a garage and a drive large enough to accommodate one car whilst at the rear of the property there is a secluded, fully enclosed garden featuring a lawn and patio area.
Brixham harbour is a scenic 15 minute walk along past the breakwater and harbourside, where you will find shops, attractions and a number of quality restaurants offering the freshest of local catch.
Take a gentle walk around the harbour and step on board a replica of the Golden Hind boat, or stroll along the coast to Battery Gardens – all the while soaking up the inspiring views along the coast. For those of an active nature then take a walk onto Berry Head and enjoy the abundance of wildlife or walk the South West Coastal Path to either Paignton or Kingswear. For a more relaxed outing take a boat trip across the Bay to Torquay and enjoy the coastline from a unique perspective.Living

- Appliances comprise an electric oven with grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge.
- An extensive range of utensils and accessories are provided including a microwave/combination oven, kettle, toaster, cafetières and coffee maker.
- There is a circular glass-topped breakfast table complete with four matching chairs.

Bedroom one
- Situated on the first floor and furnished with a modern kingsize bed with sprung base, two bedside sets of drawers with matching lamps and clock radio, a chest of drawers with integral make-up mirror and hairdryer and a triple matching wardrobe.
- A 'Turn and Tilt' patio door gives access to the rear patio and garden.

- Situated on the first floor and furnished with a modern kingsize bed with sprung base, two bedside sets of drawers with matching lamps and clock radio, a chest of drawers with integral make-up mirror and hairdryer and a double matching wardrobe.
- A 'Turn and Tilt' patio door gives access to the adjoining sun room which leads into the rear patio and garden.
Bedroom three
- Situated at the front of the property on the ground floor with views towards the sea.
- Furnished with two modern twin beds with sprung base, two matching lamps and clock radio, hairdryer and single matching wardrobe with drawers.
Bathroom
- The main family bathroom is situated on the first floor and comprises a bath with electric shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.
- The shower room is situated on the ground floor next to bedroom three and comprises a shower cubicle with electric shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.
Garage
- There is a double sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer across the back of the garage.
Outside
- Drive large enough to accommodate one car. On street parking is also available in the area.
- There is a balcony with furniture at the front of the property, offering spectacular sea views.
- At the rear of the property there is a secluded, fully enclosed garden which is not overlooked featuring a lawn, patio area with table and chairs, a built-in barbecue and garden lights.
