60 Moorings Reach is a 3 bedroom second floor apartment with lift access in this award winning development situated around a crescent overlooking Brixham marina.

The property benefits from a balcony with two chairs - the ideal place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, lift access, and allocated parking.

Set back from the waterfront, it allows degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location overlooking the marina and harbour.

Brixham centre is a few minutes leisurely walk along the harbour to where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. In the other direction, a short walk along the waterfront takes you to Breakwater Beach.

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.
