A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.

Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

Full Property Description

Moorings Reach is a luxury development of apartments and houses directly on Brixham Marina and harbour in Brixham. It is the ideal place to relax and watch the boats enter and leave the harbour whilst enjoying the high standard of internal décor throughout. Brixham centre is a few minute's leisurely walk along the water's edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction.

32 Moorings Reach is a 3 bedroom end town house set in the second row of properties affording it a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location overlooking the marina and harbour. It is one of the few town houses which has an attractive patio to the side.

  • The living/dining area is spacious and bright.
  • A second floor location with views across Brixham and across to Torbay and patio doors to the balcony.
  • Decorated to a high standard throughout.
  • A three seater sofa, two seater sofa, armchair and footstool.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD player, CD/radio and a selection of CD's available for the use of guests.

Kitchen

  • The well appointed kitchen, also on the second floor, features a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, electric double oven with gas hob and hood, kettle, and toaster.
  • Other items include storage canisters, salad bowl, knife block and a breadboard.

Dining

  • The dining area includes a rectangular table with 6 cream upholstered chairs.

Master Bedroom

  • The master bedroom is a highlight of the property occupying the whole of the top floor and features include views across Torbay.
  • There is a double pine bed with bedside cabinets, a wardrobe with 4 mirrored sliding doors and an archway through to the dressing area with wardrobes, dressing table and stool.
  • En-suite bathroom.

  • 2 single beds, mirrored built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table with stool.

  • The third bedroom has pine bunk beds with spotlights, built in wardrobes and a dressing table.

Main Bathroom

  • The spacious main bathroom includes a wash basin, w.c., and bath with electric shower over and a sliding shower screen, as well as a shaver point and mirror.

En-suite Bathroom to Master Bedroom

  • Features a corner shower, w.c., and wash basin in white with gold details. There is also a heated towel rail and a shaver point. A cupboard houses the iron and ironing board.

Outside

  • Balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture.
  • Entrance to the development is gained via a security gate.
  • Patio area to the side.
  • Designated parking space.
