Moorings Reach is a luxury development of apartments and houses directly on Brixham Marina and harbour in Brixham. It is the ideal place to relax and watch the boats enter and leave the harbour whilst enjoying the high standard of internal décor throughout. Brixham centre is a few minute's leisurely walk along the water's edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction.

32 Moorings Reach is a 3 bedroom end town house set in the second row of properties  affording it a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location overlooking the marina and harbour. It is one of the few town houses which has an attractive patio to the side.

  • A second floor location with views across Brixham and across to Torbay and patio doors to the balcony.
  • Decorated to a high standard throughout.
  • A three seater sofa, two seater sofa, armchair and footstool.

  • 2 single beds, mirrored built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a dressing table with stool.

  • The third bedroom has pine bunk beds with spotlights, built in wardrobes and a dressing table.

  • The spacious main bathroom includes a wash basin, w.c., and bath with electric shower over and a sliding shower screen, as well as a shaver point and mirror.

En-suite Bathroom to Master Bedroom

  • Features a corner shower, w.c., and wash basin in white with gold details. There is also a heated towel rail and a shaver point. A cupboard houses the iron and ironing board.

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.
