A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.
Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can the many attractions in the region. The coastline is interspersed with coves such as Churston, Fishcombe and St. Mary’s Bay if you are looking for a quieter beach, while Breakwater beach has parking, a lifeguard in the summer and the Breakwater Bistro serving meals and takeaway food.

Full Property Description
Moorings Reach is a luxury development of apartments and houses directly on Brixham Marina and harbour in Brixham. - The dining area has a rectangular table, again in imported bamboo with 8 matching chairs.

Master Bedroom
- The master bedroom is a highlight of the property. Occupying the whole of the top floor, features include views across Torbay.
- Bamboo furniture is a feature with a king sized bed and a collection of bedroom furniture.
- The dressing area with has fitted double sliding wardrobes.
- En-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two
- Features a double bed, a freestanding wardrobe with drawers below and a bamboo coffee table.
Bedroom Three
- 2 large bamboo bunk beds plus a matching single bed.
- 2 door wardrobe and 2 x 3 drawer units.
- Entertainment is provided by a TV/DVD combi.
- *Please note that the top bunks are not suitable for children under 10 years due to them being higher than normal bunk beds, with a half length guard.
Bathroom
Main Bathroom
- Includes a wash basin, w.c., and bath with shower over and a shower screen, as well as an airing cupboard and mirror.
En-suite Bathroom to Master Bedroom
- Features a corner shower, w.c., and wash basin. There is also a heated towel rail and a shaver point with a tall freestanding storage unit.
Outside
- Fantastic views across the bay and marina.
- Entrance to the development is gained through a security gate.
- Number 22 also has an entrance at the rear of the property from Berry Head Road.
