Moorings Reach is a luxury development of apartments and houses directly on Brixham Marina and harbour in Brixham. It is the ideal place to relax and watch the boats enter and leave the harbour whilst enjoying the high standard of internal décor throughout. Brixham centre is a few minute's leisurely walk along the water's edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction.

22 Moorings Reach is an accommodating 3 bedroom town house in this award winning development.  The property is set in the second row, affording it a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location overlooking the marina and the bay.

Bedroom Two

  • Features a double bed, a freestanding wardrobe with drawers below and a bamboo coffee table.

Bedroom Three

  • 2 large bamboo bunk beds plus a matching single bed.
  • 2 door wardrobe and 2 x 3 drawer units.
  • Entertainment is provided by a TV/DVD combi.
  • *Please note that the top bunks are not suitable for children under 10 years due to them being higher than normal bunk beds, with a half length guard.

Bathroom

  • Includes a wash basin, w.c., and bath with shower over and a shower screen, as well as an airing cupboard and mirror.

En-suite Bathroom to Master Bedroom

  • Features a corner shower, w.c., and wash basin. There is also a heated towel rail and a shaver point with a tall freestanding storage unit.

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide variety of activities taking place. For more information on the festival please see http://www.southdevonwalkingfestival.co.uk/.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.

Upon completion you will be given a booking reference number and a member of the Blue Chip bookings team will call you to complete the booking.
