Dolphin Court occupies a great position overlooking Brixham's outer harbour and fishing port, with the sea beyond. Located only 100 yards from the inner harbour, the apartment also enjoys the convenience of being a short walk from all the local amenties, shops and restaurants in Brixham.

No. 2 is a first floor apartment and has an allocated parking space, private entrance and a balcony with seating and a table to make the most of this prime location.

Living

  • The living/dining room enjoys large windows and the impressive harbour and sea views.
  • The owners have provided a pair of binoculars for added enjoyment.
  • A patio door leads out onto the aforementioned balcony with a table and 2 chairs, as well as two reclining chairs.
  • There is a comfortable cream leather 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, as well as matching coffee table and cabinet.
  • Entertainment is proivided by a widescreen TV, DVD player, Freeview box, video recorder and a radio/CD/casstte player with board games.

Brixham 

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning.

Booking notes

  • A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
  • For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
  • Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
  • Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
  • All properties are non-smoking.
  • Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
  • Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
  • There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.
