The Golden Hind replica is almost within touching distance, while the apartment is naturally ideal for local restaurants, shops and other attractions.

Free parking permit when you book 1 Fisherman's Loft for a break of 7 nights or more - entitles you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 0844 561 2001 to arrange.

Living

The apartment is decorated to a high standard.
The open plan living/dining room is light and airy and enjoys lovely uninterrupted views across Brixham harbour.
There is a 3 seater sofa bed in blue, coffee table and wall uplighters.
Entertainment is provided by a TV, video and radio/CD/cassette player, as well as CD's and videos for the use of guests.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven with gas hob and hood, kettle and toaster.

Dining

The dining area is has a circular wood and chrome table with 4 matching chairs.

The bedroom also has views across Brixham harbour and features a silver frame double bed with matching bedside cabinet and 8 drawer unit. There is also a double built in wardrobe as well as a CD/radio/cassette.

The bathroom has a three piece suite in white, consisting of a shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c. with a mirror, towel rail and shaver point.
