A cosy coastal town with beautiful views and rambling countryside, Brixham can be found at the south end of the English Riviera. A busy fishing port with a fascinating history, including the inspiration for world famous hymns and being the landing place of William Prince of Orange, this picturesque corner of Devon is a delight to explore. From the bustling harbour filled with trawlers and yachts, to the tranquil nature reserve at Berry Head, there is plenty to enjoy during your stay.

Restaurants, pubs, bistros and cafes line the harbour along with colourful cottages, whilst families can enjoy the many attractions in the region. Dolphin Court occupies a great position overlooking Brixham's outer harbour and fishing port, with the sea beyond. Located only 100 yards from the inner harbour, the apartment enjoys the convenience and  ease of being just a short walk away from all the local amenties, shops and restaurants Brixham has to offer.

The apartment enjoys a private entrance on the ground floor while there are 2 off-road parking spaces.

Living

Living Area

  • The living area from the apartment enjoys a large picture window with views across the outer harbour, fishing port and sea beyond.
  • It has been furnished in a contemporary style with 1x two seater and 1x three seater leather sofa in chocolate and matching accessories in neutral. Other furnishings include coffee tables and a cosy gas coals fire.
  • Entertainment is provided by a widescreen LCD TV with DVD player.

Sun lounge

  • A highlight of the apartment is the sun lounge with double French doors opening out onto the patio area where there is garden furniture for an al-fresco experience.
  • A perfect room for relaxing with drink and watching the sun go down or simply extra space for the children.
  • It is furnished with a dark brown leather 2 seater sofa and two leather chairs, together with a pine coffee table, sideboard  and a hi-fi system.
  • There is also a selection of books and games.

Kitchen

  • The kitchen is located off the living area has been newly refurbished with modern country style units in cream and a complete range of accessories and utensils including  electric oven and grill with halogen 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle and microwave.
  • There is a separate utility area with a washing machine, separate freezer, iron and ironing board.

Dining Area

  • The dining area is located in the window within the living area and means you can take in the beautiful views as you relax over dinner.
  • Furniture comprises a wooden dining table with four matching high back chairs in chocolate leather.

  • The main bedroom is very spacious and has been furnished with double bed with memory foam mattress.
  • Matching bedside cabinets both with lamps, a 6 drawer chest and wardrobe. 

Bedroom Two

  • The second bedroom has 2 wooden shaker style single beds, a bedside cabinet with lamp, a 6 drawer chest and large fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom

  • The newly fitted bathroom with a bath, separate electric shower cubical, heated towel rail, mirror and storage unit.
  • There is a separate w.c.
