A beautifully finished town house situated within 5-10 minutes level walking into the small fishing town of Bideford on the estuary of the River Torridge.
The beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! are about a 10-15 minute drive away and provide plenty of opportunity for you to try your hand at surfing or simply relaxing.
The property benefits from a rear garden and patio plus parking outside the property for one car.

Booking notes
- A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
- Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated.
- Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
- A non-refundable £19.50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
- All properties are non-smoking.
- Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
- Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
- There is no booking charge for debit cards.

You can book a property online and choose to pay by credit/debit card, cheque or request a callback to pay over the phone.
