Property Availability

You can see what the availability is for a property before you make a booking.  The availability calendar is live, real time and displays both dates that have been booked and dates that are available.

Dates in red - this means dates are either booked or unavailable.
Dates in white - this means that the property is available to book on those dates.

To check the availability and price of a property:

- Choose the date you wish to arrive at the property
- Choose the date you wish to leave the property
- The price for that data will automatically appear in the price box. 

If a date has a line through it, this means that either somebody is departing or arriving on that date.  For example with the dates displayed above the property is booked until the morning of the 13th October.  The property is available to book on the 13th October onwards.

Reserving a property

For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival
We can provisionally hold a property overnight for you without charge or obligation. Please call the bookings team to arrange this.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival
Unfortunately we cannot provisionally hold properties where the arrival date is within 6 weeks and any payment must be in full and by debit or credit card.

Paying by cheque

For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival
We can hold a property for up to 3 days to enable you to send us a cheque. For a guaranteed booking we recommend paying by card.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival
Unfortunately we cannot hold properties where the arrival date is within 6 weeks and any payment must be in full and by debit or credit card.
