Our website offers live availability and prices online. If you wish to book online you can choose to pay using our online secure payment system, via the phone or, if the booking is more than 6 weeks away, by cheque. Customers paying online need to click the ‘Book Now’ button and follow the on screen prompts, filling in the forms where indicated. Bookings will then be securely transmitted on our booking system and the bookings team informed. You will receive an automatic email with a booking reference. Your booking will then be processed by the bookings team and your full confirmation emailed to you.
Customers selecting to book online and pay by phone will again need to click ‘Book Now’ and follow the on screen prompts. On completing the online booking form you will be given a booking reference and the property will be held for you until the next working day. You will need to call the booking office on
If you select for one of our representatives to call you this will be done before 6pm the following working day.
If you are booking more than 6 weeks in advance we can accept cheques for the deposit and balance payment. When following the on screen instructions please select pay by post. On completing your details you will be shown a screen with your booking details including the booking reference, please print this page, enclose your cheque and post it to us at:

Your booking will be held for a maximum of 3 working days so your cheque will need to be sent the same day. We recommend you send this special delivery so that the Royal Mail guarantee next day delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque within 6 weeks of arrival.
Booking by phone:
If you prefer not to book online our booking office opening hours are Monday to Wednesday 9am to 8pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Our bookings team will be delighted to answer any questions and take bookings over the phone during these times. You can book over the phone using the same payment methods as online (credit or debit card and, if more than 6 weeks in advance, by cheque).
Provisional Bookings:
We can provisionally hold a maximum of 1 property per customer without charge and obligation until 6pm the following working day if your booking is due to arrive in more than 6 weeks. Provisional bookings cannot be made online so please call the bookings team to do this.
Unfortunately we cannot provisionally hold properties if you wish to arrive within 6 weeks.
